Transferring Amex points

Hi everyone, I`m new to the community, have my pro subscription at ROAME but don’t check it often.

Regarding to AMEX points, m curious of how do you guys recommend dealing with this? I know that using these points directly with American Express it is pretty expensive and could worth way more if transferred to someone else. I`m right?

The best redemption value for your Amex points will be to transfers to an airline to redeem for business/first class. Where are you looking to go?

I`m planning to go to Brazil, so I believe Avianca would be a good option.
