Great question. I guess more than anything I get confused by the seeming lack of UX commonality (page structure; language; branding elements; etc.) across the main splash page, the flight search page, the hotels search page and the community page. As either a new user or long-time, this adds to the learning curve on new features. Albeit not a big issue. Probably more just my frustration with the flight search tool's performance this week. But honestly in-site navigation just seems all over the place. As if done by different people at different times who had little awareness of each other.
