Same thing, I think they have some data bug, I already commented it here and messaged support about other issues but they never reply, I asked to refund as there are too many bugs https://community.roame.travel/#comment-2837

all those JAL awards flights that you show in the post are not there, Roame sent like 50 alerts in the past few days for west coast to japan but all of them show as flight not found or economy only on jetblue website even your Live search doesn't show any availability 1 minute after you send an alert so there is some bug or something I don't know where it gets the wrong data.
